About Upper Eastside Hangout
Formerly The Anderson; now a bar with food vendors, movie screenings, and watch parties. Reopened by All We Need Hospitality Group (Travis Rogers, John Fortini, Anthony Mejia, Victor Ramos) as an open-air 250+ person courtyard with a tiny 15-seat cocktail bar (the Original Bar Shack) believed to be one of Miami's smallest. The property holds one of Miami's oldest continuously operating liquor licenses, dating to 1937.
