Michelin One Star 14-seat Japanese omakase counter by Chef Shingo Akikuni (fourth-generation sushi chef from Osaka) in Coral Gables' historic La Palma Building; opened May 2023, awarded Michelin stars in both 2024 and 2025. The 850 sq ft room was built in Kyoto, disassembled, shipped to Miami, and reassembled on site.
